‘Mar’save’ reveals citizen initiatives against pollution in the Bouches-du-Rhône region through a hard-hitting documentary!
Mar’Save is a collaborative project run by Les Tarpins Loin, in partnership with Eurasia Net, Clean My Calanques and 21Rêves. Through the creation, filming and broadcasting of a medium-length 35-40 minute docu-drama, the project aims to highlight the actions and commitment of young people from different backgrounds (people with disabilities and disadvantaged people), associations, public authorities and scientists, to protect the environment in the Metropolitan area and Bouches-du-Rhône.
The project will take place in three main stages: organisation, production of the medium-length film and distribution. Several meetings will be organised between participants from different backgrounds, identified by each of the partner associations. These enriching exchanges will help to integrate different perspectives and propose joint reflection on solutions to environmental problems.
In 2025, the documentary resulting from this collective effort will be widely distributed in secondary schools and to the general public, to raise awareness of citizen initiatives and concrete solutions to combat pollution. The ultimate aim is to gain a better understanding of what people are doing and to mobilise civil society as a whole around environmental protection.
