European Project (Erasmus+ KA210)

Mediterranean Youth Connection for Inclusion

Eurasia Net, in partnership with Open Cultural Center (Spain) and Agorà (Italy), is leading a European project aimed at strengthening the skills of youth workers in supporting young migrants and marginalized groups, fostering their social, cultural, and professional inclusion.

Project Objectives
  • Develop a deeper understanding of the realities, needs, and challenges faced by young migrants.

  • Explore inclusion strategies to better engage these groups within local youth structures.

  • Train stakeholders in innovative methods that give young migrants a voice and encourage their active participation in social and civic life.

  • Promote the exchange of best practices among partner organizations and disseminate practical tools to improve the quality of youth work across Europe.

Main Activities

The project is built around three study visits in Genoa, Barcelona, and Marseille. Each visit combines interactive training sessions and field meetings with key associations working on migrant integration.

Additionally, dissemination events will be held in each partner city to share results with local communities, youth organizations, and institutional stakeholders.
Good Practices Guide will also be developed to capitalize on the methods, tools, and lessons learned throughout the project.

Expected Impact

This project aims to:

  • Strengthen the skills of youth workers, volunteers, and professionals in the social sector.

  • Support the integration of young migrants by broadening their participation in youth and citizenship activities.

  • Develop a sustainable European network based on social innovation, interculturality, and inclusion.

Through these initiatives, Eurasia Net and its partners seek to contribute to a more open, fair, and inclusive society where every young person, regardless of their background, can find their place and actively participate in collective life.
